Jenna is the Founder & Head Trainer of Milo’s House, a boutique personal training studio in West Palm Beach. With a background in exercise science and extensive experience in corporate wellness and private training, she brings a refined, structured approach to fitness focused on strength, longevity, and sustainability.
Her work centers on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through intentional training. Milo’s House was created to offer a more personal, high-touch experience — one that blends thoughtful programming with a supportive, welcoming environment.
